Who We Are
A Leading Manufacturer Of Gold Processing Equipment
Mine Ways (Pvt) Ltd is a Zimbabwean engineering and manufacturing company serving the gold mining industry. From our workshop and showroom at 23 Ceres Road in Waterfalls, Harare, we manufacture the plant that turns ore into gold — carbon-in-pulp circuits, elution boilers, crushing and processing plants, and the storage tanks that go with them.
We are not a reseller. Steel arrives at our yard as plate and section, and leaves as a commissioned plant. That means we control the quality, we control the lead time, and when something needs attention two years later we still have the drawings.

- Plate rolling to 16 mm thickness × 2500 mm width, with a cone rolling device for tank cones and hoppers
- Pressure vessel and boiler fabrication in carbon and stainless steel
- Boiler thermal insulation and cladding
- Structural steelwork — walkways, platforms, staircases and handrails
- Electrical control panels and transformer installation
- Own transport and rigging: a 15 ton crane truck with beaver tail and ramps
Common Questions
Before You Buy A Plant
What size CIP plant do I need?
It follows from your daily tonnage and head grade. We build from 40 tonnes per day up to 700 tonnes per day, and we would rather size it around a realistic mining rate than sell you capacity that stands idle. Send us your tonnage, grade and a sample assay and we will recommend a circuit.
How long does manufacture and installation take?
Lead time depends on the size of the circuit and on what is already in the yard. We give a firm programme with the quotation, and we install with our own crews so the dates do not depend on a third party.
Do you supply the consumables too?
Yes. We supply mining chemicals and related consumables, so the plant we build for you can be kept in reagents from the same supplier.
Can you service equipment you did not manufacture?
In most cases yes — we do refurbishment, boiler insulation and general plant maintenance. Send us photographs and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing or replacing.
Do you work outside Harare?
Yes. We deliver and install on mine sites across Zimbabwe using our own crane truck and recovery unit.
